Piermont New York is a gem! I kept telling Joe and Carolyne that I have to take my family here to explore. It is really an adorable little town right over the Tappan Zee Bridge. On my way in I passed an awesome red brick building. I knew I had to use it as a back drop to this beautiful couple. The town reminded me of a little village in Holland that I go to a lot. It has so much charm, you have to check it out. I am so looking forward to their May Wedding.
I am so lucky to have a business where I get to meet so many interesting people. Everyone has an interesting story. I enjoy photographing people. I know it sounds so simple but I get the chance to learn about the clients business and their personal side as well.
Here is a sample of this past weekends engagement shoot with Kelley and Mike. We had such a great time as you can see. The weather was magnificent and the company was even better. What a great couple and I look so forward to their upcoming wedding. Mike is a professional poker player. I will try to pick some tips up and try it out at Mohegan Sun. I will keep you all posted. Wish me luck!
Wiley Mullins is the spice of life. I had the pleasure of capturing Wiley in his office last week for a portrait. He is an amazing man with lots of energy. Check out his website at www.unclewiley.com He has lots of recipes and incredible spices to offer. Wiley gave me some spice samples and I already tossed them in my salad. Real great stuff.
My little guy got Christened on Sunday and what fun it was. We had it at Assumption Church in Westport where father Thorne preformed the service. He let everyone know ( there were four families there ) that I was a professional photographer. Before you knew it I was taking pictures of other families as well as my own. My close friends Michelle and Mike were the god parents, thanks guys! Then we went to the house and celebrated with a massive display of bubbling. Nothing makes a 20 month old baby happier than bubbles.
