Ian and Kate had a fabulous wedding at The Burr Mansion in Fairfield. The sun was shining and the setting was gorgeous. There was a huge Canadian contingent and I felt like a Canuck for the night. My father owned a house in New Brunswick Canada, so with the many years of driving to Canada and enjoying Canadian hospitality, I had a lot to talk about. Michael, from Outdoor Cookers in Norwalk catered the wedding and as always provided excellent food.

Three years ago we welcomed our littlest guy to the family. He has such a great personality, always laughing, enjoying life. Like so many parents I wish I could freeze this moment forever. Wearing spiderman costumes and loving all the super heroes. It is so much fun to live life again as a child. Happy Birthday Penn!

Audrey and Aaron had a gorgeous wedding at The Meadowlands in Darien. Funny story, a few years back I was sitting down with a bride and her mother and they asked me if I had ever shot a wedding at The Meadowlands? I said I had been to a few Jets games but never had a chance to shoot a wedding there. They laughed at me and said, “no, you know, the Darien Community Center”  That is how I learned that the name was switched to the Meadowlands. Any how, it is a fabulous place to get married or have a gathering, and Rowe From  does an excellent job of throwing a great party.

I photograph everything. Weddings, corporate events, portraits, families, little leagues, basketball leagues, graduation parties, every day life happenings, you name it. My friends joke, “why do you always have a camera with you?” I am always trying to get something good on my camera I guess. Plus, I am a photographer. This camera took me to an 8th grade graduation party in Westport which had energy I had not seen in a long time. The kids were awesome, mugging for the camera or just naturally having a great time. The music was so good that I spent an hour after the party on I tunes downloading new, hip, young tunes. I made a new station on Pandora. It is great to see how the youngsters do it. DVDJ Billy The Kidd really rocked the tent.
