Laura and Michael were married at St Pius Catholic Church in Fairfield with a reception following at The Inn at Longshore. I usually meet the bride and groom at my studio in Westport, but occasionally, thanks to Steve Jobs, I carried my Mac to laura and Michael’s Condo in Norwalk for a wonderful evening. I had so much fun with them showing my sample images from past weddings. They got a kick out of it, and I really enjoyed their company. I was so happy they chose me to photograph their wedding!

I know you hear it all the time. Where has all the time gone? We celebrated my little princess’s 8th birthday this week and yes, time does fly! Elle’s Aunt Laura was visiting from California so it was an extra special birthday for her.

I guess I am in a Le Chateau mood, so here are back to back events at the fabulous estate restaurant in South Salem. Jean and Mario were married on a very chilly day. You could not tell from the pictures though. I believe it was once a Rockefeller estate. The ceremony was held at St Patrick’s Church in Bedford New York. I have been to this church many times and I love the light and the ambiance that it gives. There are many nooks and crannies that you can move around to get nice shots. Wedding photography is quite a work out. Bending, running, leaping and always moving to get the right moment. it is so worth it.

Le Chateau is one of my most favorite places to shoot. The grounds are fantastic and the staff is the friendliest. Elaine’s Mitzvah was such a great time. The kids had such a blast. The place settings were very cool and colorful. I have had the opportunity to photograph here many times in my 25 years of photography. It never gets dull. I still have not taken my wife here for dinner, this year that will change.
