I was introduced to a new venue in New Milford. It is The Candle light Farm and I loved it! It has a very rustic simple feel to it. They have a barn with horses, fences that run for miles, excellent big trees and some of the nicest gardens I have ever seen. Along with a silo next to the party house, it is spectacular. My friends at James Daniel Entertainment provided the music and fun. Floralium from Danbury provided the gorgeous flowers. And I provided the photography.

Westport has a lot of nice restaurants in town. Each week it seems like there is a new place to eat and enjoy the views. Arezzo is that kind of place. Really warm and inviting inside and you have excellent water views from the patio. The food is excellent and the owner is fun to talk to. Andrew’s Bar Mitzvah was at The Conservative Synogogue in Westport with a reception held at Arezzo Restaurant. I love photographing at new locations.

Cristina and Geoff were married at the wonderful Inn at Longshore. Perfect day makes perfect pictures! They were an awesome couple, Cristina’s family is Venezuelan and the music and atmosphere was large! It is funny, I always have to mention to the couple that I learned how to water ski in the bay right behind where the pictures were taken, they laugh and then I tell them it was at 10 at night and they really crack up….. Longshore is truly a gem in Westport. Teddy from Events, Peter’s wholesale Florist did an excellent job with the decorations, and he is cool too.

It is official. We have a teenager in the house. For my son’s 13th I took him to one of his favorite places with two of his close pals. There was a threat of rain so no BP. But we did manage to get Zach Wheeler’s Autograph along with David Aardsma’s. The boys were in heaven. It was a thrilling game with the Met’s coming from behind to tie it, then winning it in extra innings. I brought my old Canon 5d with 50mm lens because it is small and easy to handle. The Met’s ticket people say that thereĀ  are no professional cameras allowed but I think they are referring to the real large lenses.
